親子鹹酥雞丼飯/シェンスージーの卵とじ丼
[3~4人份]
雞腿肉 Chicken thighs—3片
清酒 Sake—2大匙
醬油 Soy sauce—2大匙
薑泥 Ginger paste—1小匙
高筋麵粉 Bread flour—30g
太白粉 Tapioca flour—30g

洋蔥 Onion—1/2個
蔥 Green onion—1支

日式高湯 Dashi—250cc
醬油 Soy sauce—50cc
味淋 Mirin—50cc
清酒 Sake—50cc

白飯—3~4碗
雞蛋 Egg—5個
白芝麻 White sesame—適量
